The gym is fully equipped with LifeFitness Cardio machines, a full range Hammer Strength weights and cable machines with multiples of the most popular machines.
Large mirrored dumbbell area with 14 benches and 4 sets of Jordan dumbbells that go to 60kg. An Eleiko competition powerlifting area with over 1 tonne of calibrated plates, competition benches, platforms, and bars. A large Eleiko functional training area for anyone who enjoys crossfit style training.
