You’re bespoke floral designersThe Cullen Collection started growing in 2004, Aged 15, where I began my work experience in a petite but extremely busy flower shop in East Dulwich. My beautiful late mother suggested the perfect career knowing me best. At 15 I did not know who I was or what I was capable of.

Always being a perfectionist, clean, neat, tidy and most of all creative. Always wanting something different, always wanting better and more. (Mums are always right) She was my best teacher, I learnt so much from this outstanding women. I began training with a lovely florist, teaching me the basics of working in a flower shop.

Mr John Alan himself showed me the rules of running a shop, I was intrigued by the business side an always wanted to learn more. So that was me, learning quite rapidly I was offered my first job working weekends and after school. I learnt more then the average florist at such a young age.

The Manager insisted to gain qualifications and enrol in a college learning the certified way of floristry once id finished school. I listened and learned. Mistakes were the best learning curve. You remember faster and want to work harder. They were the best lessons. So I Gained my NVQ 1&2 in floristry at Southwark College, Being taught by the best in London.

I've always loved flowers and creating unique designs for all occasions. Putting a smile on you're faces through the good and bad times is my one and only goal, Assisting you and helping you is my happiness. Working in west end florists, learning different ways I decided to continue in my learning path and gained an overall merit in my NVQ3.

Sadly my mum passed away towards the end of my course, I struggled, I lost myself, but I knew she didn't want me to fail. So I continued and never gave up. Being taught at Capel Manor College with amazing florists by my side, I got through the worse time anyone could go through. My goal is to create your desires in floral design.
