Teleskills is a sales training provider established back in 1984, it was then known as Partners the Training People and trained in telephone sales techniques and human relationships in management all over the United Kingdom. The business was made up of 3 partners; Pat Edrich, Shirley Hill and Rob McCabe.

Pat and Shirley retired from the business, Rob carried on and renamed it Southwest Sales Seminars.

Teleskills seemed a more appropriate name as Rob was being asked to train staff, not only telesales skills, but customer service skills and general telephone use. So in 2004 the new brand was born - Teleskills!
