Tatiana Aitken - Somatic Sex Therapy & Counselling

I offer somatic sex therapy and counselling for individuals and couples, supporting intimacy, sexuality, relationships and sexual wellbeing. My work is trauma-aware and body-informed, recognising the close relationship between the body, nervous system, emotions and lived experience.

I work with people experiencing a range of difficulties, including challenges with intimacy or desire, sexual concerns, relationship issues, communication and boundaries, sexual shame, anxiety, or the impact of past experiences on connection and wellbeing.

Sessions are collaborative and paced carefully, with a strong emphasis on safety, consent and working within what feels manageable for each person or couple.

I have been working in the field of sexuality and embodiment for over a decade, and my approach integrates therapeutic conversation with somatic awareness where appropriate. Sessions are offered in Teesside and London, with online work also available.
