SMB Psychotherapy

I am a therapist working in Oxford, Cheltenham and online. I undertook my training in Psychodynamic Practice at Oxford University, reading a Masters in Psychodynamic Practice, and continued into research within the University.

I specialise particularly in anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, survivors of trauma and/or abuse and bereavement. Whether you identify with any of these struggles or simply wish to explore yourself, the world and your place in it, you are welcome at my practice.
