We provide counselling for adults from our therapy room in Aberdeen or online throughout the UK. We are warm, friendly approachable people, who have their own lived experience of life. We offer person-centred counselling, where we listen to understand your unique perspective of the world around you.
We are fully qualified counsellors, regulated by both COSCA and BACP. We practice in a non-judgemental, inclusive, anti-oppressive way and welcome all to our space. People attend therapy for many reasons; from psychological distress to maintaining mental well-being. Nothing is to big or too small to bring to our space.
