Orion Cleaning

'Your Cleaning Contract Made Easy' Orion's been keeping offices and business premises in the Midlands clean for nearly 25 years. Orion's approach is simple.Communicate. Communicate. Communicate.Regular client meetings and site evaluations are the secret, together with investment in the latest information technology.

Orion's staff clock on and off using a computerised telephone system. It has two way messaging and an automatic alert for absenteeism. Our Managers use PDAs to control on site data which makes Orion virtually paperless.

Health & safety audits, material ordering, employee inductions, even our Client Visit Logs, which clients sign to mark our performance, are digital.Like our Operations, Orion's Administration is top quality. Each contract is viewed individually to ensure workflow is constant. Should it not be we aim to respond within 4 hours.

Correct and timely invoicing and credit control is vital and a high priority. Wasted time at either end chasing inaccurate information is costly and not to be condoned.
