Music Bits Company (Universa Ltd)

Music Bits Company is a retailer of musical instruments and equipment based in the historic market town of Alford, Lincolnshire in the United Kingdom. Unlike many online sellers we are a proper musical instrument shop employing real people. We do not use drop shipping as a form of delivery.

All listed items are available in stock ready for same working day dispatch.

Each of our employees has many years of training and experience, allowing them to provide meaningful advice. We aim to provide all relevant information in our product descriptions to allow customers to make informed decisions when making a purchase online. If you need further advice, please feel free to contact us.

Your message will be answered by one of our knowledgeable staff. We aim to respond to all communications as soon as possible but please bear in mind that we can only respond during our opening hours, so your answer may not come right away.

We send all items ordered online through a tracked form of delivery to ensure full traceability from the moment your order leaves our store to the moment it arrives at your specified address. All items are covered by insurance during transit. Please bear in mind that this form of postage is slightly more expensive than that offered by some sellers.

However, our preferred method gives everyone peace of mind. All items are dispatched the same day, providing that your order is placed before 2.00 pm on a day that we are open.
