"Our experience as landlords was unsatisfactory when it came to the service provided to us by the property management company we were working with. We soon realised that we could do so much better ourselves, and decided to create a property management service which truly understood the expectations of landlords.”

Coming from an entrepreneurial family Jason & Donna commenced their new business venture without hesitation, confident that they could successfully provide good quality housing to the market, and satisfy their client’s needs at the same time. When Motion Properties first launched, the focus was simply to provide a property management service to landlords, particularly those with large property portfolios.

However as time progressed, the business became more and more focussed on the management of shared living accommodations (HMO). Traditionally, these kinds of properties were often of a low standard and were badly managed.

Motion Properties quickly realised the potential, with HMO’s no longer just the go-to housing option for students, but a popular choice amongst professionals, keen to live in shared accommodation of a high standard. They soon became market leaders in the sector, offering specialist knowledge, care and commitment to their clients like no other.
