Melanie Ellis - Body Psychotherapy and Biodynamic Massage

I offer Body oriented Psychotherapy, a holistic and integrative approach to psychotherapy, so you can explore your difficulties not only at a verbal level but also by paying attention to what your body is telling you. Most difficulties in relationships and personal problems can be helped by body psychotherapy.

This includes stress, which is often experienced as irritability, weepiness, aches and pains, sleeplessness, exhaustion and lack of interest in life.

Body psychotherapy can also be helpful with depression, anxiety, panic attacks, trauma (childhood and present), loss, long term illness, lack of confidence, intimacy issues, unstable relationships, blocks to creativity, realising your potential, finding meaning in life, discovering more joy and happiness, and having more enjoyment of life.
