I am an accredited CBT therapist, I support clients with symptoms of social anxiety, health anxiety, phobias, OCD, panic, stress, PTSD/CPTSD, low self esteem, depression and more. I have worked in mental health for 8yrs in the NHS and with military personnel.

I am passionate and committed to supporting you to increase your understanding of yourself, your knowledge, helping you develop skills and achieve your goals.

I also provide Couples CBT for depression, supporting couples to understand unhelpful behavioural patterns and teaching skills to support positive change.I am skilled in assessing, understanding your experiences and listening to what matters to you.

Therapy is not one size fits all, I take an individual approach and can off alternative treatments such as CFT or ACT and adapt for ADHD/autism or health conditions.

We create a shared treatment plan to best suit your needs.Feeling safe and building a trusting relationships is important to me and I offer a confidential, warm and non-judgement approach, that is tailored to support you best. I am understanding and empathetic, having had my own lived experience and undergone therapy, following a career in elite gymnastics.
