Experienced Child Minder Fully QualifiedHi! My name is Jo Winspear and I am a fully-qualified Childminder and Nursery Nurse with my N.N.E.B. certification and Level 3 NVQ.

I am OFSTED registered and a member of the National Childminding Association, I am a member of Redcar and Cleveland Children come first, quality assured childminder network and a new network, Aiming High For Disabled Children. I am working under the EYFS, with individual planning and observations for each Child under 5.

I have recently had my Ofsted inspection and received a GOOD with OUTSTANDING AREAS.I have an up to date Paediatric first aid certificate, and Public Liability insurance, as required by OFSTEDI� am married with two daughters, aged 17 and 20, and have lived in the local area since childhood.My husband, both my daughters and my mother are registered as my assistants and they are all Paediatric first aid trained and CRB checked.
