Eleos Counselling Ltd

leos Counselling: Professional Psychotherapy in West Sussex

At Eleos Counselling, we offer professional, compassionate support for individuals and couples facing emotional, relational, and psychological challenges. Based in West Sussex, our practice specialises in addictions, EMDR therapy, and couples counselling, providing focused and expert care in these areas.

Whether you're struggling with alcohol, drug use, or other addictive behaviours, our addiction specialists are here to help you break the cycle and build lasting change.

If you're living with trauma or PTSD, we offer EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing)—a powerful, evidence-based therapy that supports deep healing without the need to relive distressing memories in detail.

Relationships are at the heart of who we are, and our couples therapy offers a safe, supportive space to rebuild trust, improve communication, and reconnect emotionally.

We are qualified, experienced, and registered with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), working to the highest ethical and professional standards. At Eleos Counselling, we tailor every session to your unique needs, offering a warm and non-judgemental environment where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow.

In-person and online sessions available.
