I am a psychodynamic counsellor working with people of all ages.
My therapy practice is based in Tyldesley but I also work online.
I understand that accessing counselling can be challenging, but I am ere to support you.
I offer a safe, non-judgmental. Confidential space in which you can openly explore your thoughts and feelings.
In our first meeting, we can explore what you want and need from counselling and whether you are happy for us to work together. There is no obligation to book further sessions after this.
I look forward to hearing from you and answering any queries you may have.
