Creatively Dreaming Therapy is a counselling and hypnotherapy service based in Horsham, West Sussex. I’m Helen and I run Creatively Dreaming Therapy. I’m a warm and compassionate therapist who uses a blend of approaches tailored to your unique needs including using creative tools and techniques.
You don’t have to be an artist to benefit from creative approaches, just willing to explore. I specialise in supporting men and women affected by fertility issues, pregnancy loss, baby loss, miscarriage, PCOS, endometriosis, early menopause, childless not by choice and menopause.
I work with other issues including trauma, anxiety, relationship difficulties, life transitions, perfectionism and identity.
I have many years experience working with children, young people and adults. I offer a free 15 minute friendly conversation to see if I’m the right fit for you. If you are struggling and need support, get in touch to book a free initial call.
