Colour and style with Paula

Paula Jane Howell – Colour & Style Confidence Coaching

I help women in Pontypridd and South Wales rebuild confidence and reconnect with their authentic selves through psychology-informed colour analysis and style guidance.

My approach combines emotional support, colour therapy, and personal styling to help confidence feel natural, grounded, and visible — not forced. Sessions support identity repair, self-expression, and inner clarity, guiding women to feel comfortable and empowered in their personal style.

Services include:

Personal colour analysis

Style & wardrobe coaching

Confidence through style programmes

Identity-aligned fashion guidance

I specialise in supporting women who have lost confidence or direction due to life changes, stress, or self-doubt, offering a safe, calm, and nurturing environment.

Based in Pontypridd, I welcome clients from Cardiff, Rhondda Cynon Taff, and surrounding South Wales areas. Flexible appointment times are available, including one-to-one sessions and personalised packages.

Discover your colours, embrace your style, and reclaim your confidence with guidance tailored to your personality and lifestyle.
