ClubCare Nightclub Medical Specialists was launched in 2022 as a trading name under the Ashley James Medical Group, a registered company in England and Wales (No. 14522655).

As such, we uphold Ashley James Medical Group's high expectations of exceptional service, professionalism, reliability, honesty, and our client-centered and patient-centered approach to excellent medical care.

Our aim is to help nightclubs to further safeguard themselves and their customers by placing our medical professionals in their venues which improves on-site safety, helps to free up security staff, reduces risks, and the demands on local hospital and ambulance resources, and can sometimes even lower insurance premiums.

The service we offer is bespoke, based on the size and capacity of our client's venues. Some of our clients prefer us to have a more visual presence in their venues and others would prefer that we aim to be as discreet as possible so as not to advertise the fact that medics are operating in their venues.

Whatever the needs of our clients, we will always do everything we can to provide clients with the level of service they need.

We are fully insured for Medical Malpractice & Negligence, and Public Liability purposes. Most of our medical staff have been selected specifically for their experience serving in hospitals or frontline 999 ambulance services.

All of our medical staff have gone through our enhanced vetting process and are fully trained, qualified, and competent medical professionals. Our medical team consists of different levels of medical skills, including:

• First Responders
• Emergency Care Assistants
• Technicians
• Paramedics

Whilst it is not essential to have a Paramedic in all venues, this depends on our client's requirements, venue size, and capacity, in addition to the outcome of detailed risk assessments and local demographic behaviours and environment.

Our service does not replace the role of statutory emergency services, but it does help to save lives and reduce pressures on local hospital and ambulance services, by quickly and correctly triaging and treating patients on-site where able and only calling for an emergency ambulance response when it is absolutely necessary.

Our Emergency Care Assistants and First Responders are usually sufficiently able and more than capable to double up and provide a good level of basic first aid and emergency care on-site, but where a higher clinical skill set is required, we are then able to assign a Technician or even a Paramedic to the venue.

Technicians and Paramedics have the autonomous capability of supporting our lower-skilled medics and providing a much higher level of care, such as the clinical triage, assessment, and treatment of patients, including the ability to provide a wide range of emergency life-saving medications and interventions on-site.
