Bamboo Childcare

With our personal approach we engage in discussions with all our clients to ensure we have an understanding of your recruitment needs. This enables us to make a suitable match between the employer and one of our stringently screened childcarers.

With over 20 years experience in the care recruitment field we are experts within this sector and as members of REC and ANA follow strict guidelines in our recruitment processes so you can be confident of a professional service.

We also go that one step further and make the initial Ofsted registration payment for your Nanny should you wish them to be registered with Ofsted. As working mothers ourselves we are conscious of the pressures put on parents. Our aim is to provide families with a good work/life balance and to reduce the workload of childcare management for organisations.
