welcome to Ashkadeh
We are the first catering business in the UK dedicated exclusively to authentic Persian soups, foods, and dips. Inspired by traditional Iranian recipes and homemade cooking, we bring the rich flavours, aromas, and warmth of Persian cuisine to every event.
Our menu features a unique selection of carefully prepared Persian soups alongside a variety of traditional foods and flavourful dips, made using high-quality ingredients and time-honoured techniques. Each dish is crafted to reflect the depth, comfort, and cultural heritage of Persian cooking.
Whether catering for private gatherings, corporate events, or special occasions, we offer a distinctive culinary experience that introduces something truly different to the UK food scene.
