AR Training & Consultancy, founded by British Army veteran Tony Robinson MSc, BSc, DipSM, provides expert training and consultancy in Norwich and beyond. With over 30 years of military service, including roles in the Army Physical Training Corps (APTC) and Royal Army Medical Corps (RAMC), Tony specialises in building discipline, resilience, and readiness.
Services include self-defence training, 1:1 personal coaching, resilience workshops, SIA-accredited conflict management and physical interventions training, and bespoke consultancy for organisations. Tony’s experience also spans international security logistics with TAG International.
As the founder of the award-winning AR Krav Maga and a Norfolk Broads Authority Ranger, Tony brings proven expertise, professionalism, and a personal touch to every programme.
