Feeling stuck in your career? But no idea what else you would do?
We offer 1:1 coaching to help you uncover what matters to you and the work environments that will help you be the best version of yourself.Once you have that clarity and direction we work with you to create a value proposition you can take to your network to uncover roles that could give you back your enthusiasm for work.
We do this through an agile approach where you manage how many coaching sessions you have and bring ideas on outcomes for each session. If you want more focus and structure we also offer a 12 session programme.Because of Laura's corporate background in sales we specialise in helping salespeople leave sales so they can find a career with less pressure and more opportunity to utilise broader business skills.
